2) We will let you know the total amount + shipping fee.
3) Please let us know after the full payment has been made.
4) We will advise you the tracking no. (ready stocks) and the estimated arrival date for pre-order items.

For Malaysia customers:You can make online payment through Maybank and PBB Bank. Bank account info and payee info are provided in the order form at the bottom.

Please added shipping fee for Peninsular Malaysia:
Pos Laju flat rate: RM7.00 (Less than 5 items only)
Cash on delivery: Tesco, Cheras (weekend only)
Pos Express: RM4.50 (1 item) **

** Note that the charge for Pos Ekspress is now RM4.50. This is because Pos Malaysia has increased the price for each envelope by 50 sen starting from 1st Oct 2009.

For Sabah & Sarawak:
Pos Laju flat rate: RM10.00 (less than 5 items only)

International customers:
You can TT payment to Maybank and PBB Bank or Western Union. Bank account info and payee info are provided in the order form at the bottom. You can also pay through Paypal to: 国际顾客可通过Paypal but there will be transaction fees charged of 4%:

Pre-order terms and conditions
1. Item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions. 2. There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
3. To confirm your order(s), 100% payment has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.
4. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline.
5. Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email, with the information below:
i. Your name and contact number
ii. Payment amount
iii. Date and time of bank-in
iv. Bank transaction Reference number
6. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 4 weeks or more from the date line for items to be delivered.
7. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays.      Should there be any delay, we will inform buyers in prior via email.
8. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, please do not place order to avoid any frustration.
9. All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
10. The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
